The location is great, in central Venice near the Rialto bridge and directly overlooking the Grand Canal. The hotel is a beautiful old grand building and the rooms are large and quiet.

The location is excellent, the room and bathroom a good size, clean and comfortable. The water taxi stop just steps away and many good restaurants nearby. Was very satisfied with my choice.

Staff were very helpful and no request was too much. Location was epic, in the middle of everything yet on the water with own taxi drop and next to gondola .

Location was perfect. Easily accessible through Grand Canal. Roof top patio in the evening with a drink was amazing!

The location is fantastic - on the grand canal with a small number of tables on the waterfront. Staff were excellent. Nice quiet room. The AC was very good and a huge relief as we visited during a heatwave and desperately needed it. Very close to several vaporetto stop and the gondola station is literally next door, where you can cross the grand canal or take a tour.

The only thing I can say that's remotely positive about this place is its location as the hotel is in fact situated quite near the city center. However, this does not compensate for the tragedies that await inside by any means...

I liked the location of the hotel very much. I was able to navigate the area very easy and there was many dining options as well as shopping options. There was a gondola station at the entrance of the hotel that allowed for easy access to a traghetto ride to cross the Grand Canal into another Sestieri.

The placement of the hotel is very convenient, the connection from the watertaxi is nearby. It is also within reasonable walking distance from all attractions. The room was clean, had all listed ammenities available and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was also good, there are enough options to choose from.
